Valentina Cáceres Monsalvez is a Chilean politician and environmental activist who serves as a deputy for the 15th District. Born in 1999, she holds a law degree from the University of O'Higgins and a postgraduate diploma in Municipal Public Management. Cáceres began her political career as a councilwoman in Rancagua in 2021, where she gained prominence for her oversight of municipal corruption. An advocate for animal rights and climate change policy, she was elected to the Chamber of Deputies in 2025, becoming the youngest deputy in the history of the O'Higgins Region.
