Heber Gomes Neiva, commonly known as Vavá, is a Brazilian politician currently serving as a Member of the Chamber of Deputies representing the state of Minas Gerais. Born in Caraí, Minas Gerais, in 1975, he assumed his mandate for the 2023–2027 legislative term. In his parliamentary role, he is a titular member of the Health Committee and has previously served on the Committee on Public Administration and Public Service. He is affiliated with the Avante party.
