Vicky Maeijer

Vicky Maeijer is a Dutch politician representing the Party for Freedom (PVV). She has served as a member of the House of Representatives since 2017, with a brief hiatus in 2024–2025 during which she served as the State Secretary for Long-term and Social Care in the Schoof cabinet. Previously, she was a member of the European Parliament from 2014 to 2017 and served in the States of South Holland. Her political career has focused on issues such as medical ethics, healthcare quality, and social care. In 2025, Erasmus University Rotterdam revoked her master's degree following an investigation into plagiarism in her thesis.
