Victor Castillo is a Panamanian politician currently serving as a member of the National Assembly of Panama, representing Circuit 3-1 in the province of Colón. A commercial pilot by profession, he holds a technical degree in Aeronautics from the University of Panama. Prior to his legislative career, he worked in customer service for PCCW in Panama. In the National Assembly, he serves on the Budget Committee and the Committee on Women, Children, Youth, and Family.
