Vikki Howells is a Welsh Labour and Co-operative politician serving as a Member of the Senedd. First elected in 2016 to represent Cynon Valley, she currently represents the constituency of Pontypridd Cynon Merthyr. Before entering politics, she worked as a history teacher and assistant head of sixth form. During her parliamentary career, she has chaired the Welsh Labour Group and the Senedd Standards of Conduct Committee, and she served as the Minister for Further and Higher Education from 2024 to 2026.
