Viktor Chornyi is a Ukrainian politician and a People's Deputy of Ukraine of the IX convocation. Born in 1968 in Yalta, Donetsk Oblast, he is a reserve lieutenant colonel and a former member of the Opposition Platform — For Life party. Throughout his career, he has served in various administrative and public roles, including as a deputy head of the Podilskyi District State Administration in Kyiv and as a director of private security firms. In the Verkhovna Rada, he has been a member of the Committee on Anti-Corruption Policy.
