Viorel Barda is a Moldovan politician and Member of the Parliament of Moldova representing the Party of Action and Solidarity (PAS) since September 2021. Born in Camenca in 1981, he studied law at the "Ștefan cel Mare" Police Academy and previously worked as a senior inspector in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a general director in private enterprise, and as a department head in government property administration. Within parliament, he serves as secretary of the Committee on Agriculture and Food Industry.
