Vladimír Faič

Vladimír Faič is a Slovak politician and a long-term member of the National Council of Slovakia. Originally a forester by profession, he later pursued studies at the Higher School of Politics and earned a law degree from Comenius University. A co-founder of the Party of the Democratic Left, he has served as a member of the National Council since 2012 representing Direction – Slovak Social Democracy. Beyond his legislative duties, he has acted as the Chairman of the Council of Advisors for multiple governments led by Robert Fico and Peter Pellegrini.
