Władysław Ortyl is a Polish politician, engineer, and local government official currently serving as the Marshal of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship. A member of the Law and Justice party, he previously served as a Senator of the Republic of Poland for the VI, VII, and VIII terms and held the position of Secretary of State in the Ministry of Regional Development from 2005 to 2007. Throughout his career, he has been deeply involved in regional development, entrepreneurship, and the implementation of European Union aid programs. He is a graduate of the Rzeszów University of Technology, specializing in aeronautical engineering, and has been active in the Solidarity trade union since 1980.
