Waldemar Socha

Waldemar Socha is a Polish local government official and politician who has served as the Mayor of Żory since 1998. He graduated from the Foreign Trade Faculty of the Main School of Planning and Statistics in Warsaw and previously worked as an entrepreneur. Initially active in the Freedom Union until 2002, he later became an independent politician, securing consecutive re-elections to lead the city through multiple terms.
