William Boyd III is an American politician serving as a member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives since 2021, representing the 21st district of Hillsborough County, which includes the town of Merrimack. A member of the Republican Party, he won his seat in an April 2021 special election held to succeed the late Dick Hinch. Prior to his tenure in the state legislature, Boyd served on the Merrimack Town Council and was a member of the New Hampshire Drinking and Groundwater Advisory Commission.
