Witold Czarnecki is a Polish politician and engineer who has served as a member of the Sejm since 2005, representing the Law and Justice party. He holds a doctorate in technical sciences and previously worked as an academic teacher at the University of Zielona Góra. Throughout his long parliamentary career, he has been elected to six consecutive terms, serving in the V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, and X kadencji. In 2021, he was appointed by Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki to serve on the Council of Political Advisors.
