Wolfgang Moitzi

Wolfgang Moitzi is an Austrian politician serving as a member of the National Council since October 2024. Previously, he was a member of the Styrian Landtag from 2018 to 2024 and served as the federal chairman of the Socialist Youth of Austria (SJÖ) from 2007 to 2014. A law graduate from the University of Graz, Moitzi has been a long-time advocate for social democratic policies, including tax reform, educational equality, and the regulation of financial institutions. Throughout his career, he has focused on youth employment, social welfare, and democratic reform within the SPÖ.
