Yakubu Mohammed is a Ghanaian politician and businessman who serves as the Member of Parliament for the Ahafo Ano South East constituency in the Ashanti Region. A member of the National Democratic Congress, he was elected to the Ninth Parliament of the Fourth Republic of Ghana in the 2024 general election. Mohammed holds a BSc in Earth Science from the University for Development Studies and an MBA from Cardiff Metropolitan University. In Parliament, he serves on the Sanitation and Water Resources Committee and the Budget Committee.
