Ángela Yesenia Olaya Requene is a Colombian academic, sociologist, and doctor in anthropology who serves as the Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation of Colombia since May 2023. A graduate of the National Autonomous University of Mexico, she previously worked as an academic coordinator for the Afro-Latin American Studies Certificate at Harvard University and served as Vice Minister of Talent and Social Appropriation of Knowledge from November 2022 to May 2023.
