Yitzhak Wasserlauf is an Israeli politician serving as a member of the Knesset for the Otzma Yehudit party. Born in Jerusalem to a religious Zionist family, he previously served as the Minister for the Development of the Periphery, the Negev, and the Galilee. Before entering national politics, he was a teacher at the Hesder Yeshiva Oz Ve'emuna in Tel Aviv and served in the Israel Defense Forces' Golani Brigade. He was elected to the 25th Knesset in 2022, becoming its youngest member at the time of his swearing-in.
