Youki Kitamuki is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Aomori Prefectural Assembly, representing the Kamikita District. Affiliated with the All Aomori political group, he is in his first term of office. Within the assembly, he serves on the Committee on Education and Public Safety and is also a member of the Special Committee on Shinkansen and Railway Issues. His office is located in Oirase Town, Kamikita District.
