Yoyok Riyo Sudibyo

Yoyok Riyo Sudibyo is an Indonesian politician and former military officer who served as the 9th Regent of Batang from February 2012 to February 2017. A graduate of the Indonesian Military Academy in 1994, he achieved the rank of major before taking early retirement in 2006 to pursue a career as an entrepreneur in the garment industry. Entering local politics as an independent candidate supported by a coalition of political parties, he won the 2011 regional elections with the vision of promoting a clean bureaucracy and economic revival. During his tenure, he received notable honors, including the Bung Hatta Anti-Corruption Award in 2015.
