Yulian Gunhar

Yulian Gunhar is an Indonesian politician currently serving as a member of the House of Representatives (DPR-RI). A member of the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDI-P), he has represented the South Sumatra II electoral district since 2014, serving consecutive terms. During his tenure, he has been assigned to Commission VII, which oversees energy, mineral resources, and environmental affairs. He gained national attention early in his parliamentary career for his actions during a 2014 plenary session, where he expressed respect for senior colleague Popong Otje Djundjunan by massaging her shoulders, citing his desire to prevent health-related incidents during high-pressure legislative proceedings.
