Yuliya Kuchinskaya is a Kazakhstani politician and sociologist currently serving as a Member of the Majilis of the Parliament of Kazakhstan. Born in Tselinograd, she holds a degree in sociology and a candidate of sociological sciences degree. Before her parliamentary career, she held various leadership roles in research institutions and the Nur Otan party, including directing the Institute of Public Policy. She has served as a deputy in the VII and VIII convocations of the Majilis, representing the Amanat party, and has been recognized for her contributions to inter-parliamentary cooperation within the CIS.
