Yusof Apdal

Mohammad Yusof bin Apdal is a Malaysian politician currently serving as the Member of Parliament for Lahad Datu since November 2022. He has held the position of Deputy Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation in the Unity Government since December 2023. Previously, he served as the Deputy Minister of Higher Education from 2022 to 2023 and was a member of the Sabah State Legislative Assembly for Lahad Datu between 2013 and 2018. He is a member of the Heritage Party (WARISAN) and is the younger brother of party president Shafie Apdal.
