Zbigniew Rau

Zbigniew Rau is a Polish politician, legal scholar, and academic who currently serves as a Member of the Sejm. A professor of legal sciences at the University of Lodz, he has held various high-level positions, including Minister of Foreign Affairs from 2020 to 2023 and Governor of the Lodz Voivodeship from 2015 to 2019. Throughout his career, he has specialized in political and legal doctrines, serving as the head of the Alexis de Tocqueville Center for Political and Legal Thought. In 2022, he also served as the Chairman-in-Office of the OSCE.
