Abby Major is an American politician serving as a member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 60th district. A native of Ford City, Pennsylvania, she served as an intelligence analyst in the United States Army from 2004 to 2007. Before entering elected office, she worked as a funeral director and served as a legislative assistant and chief of staff to State Representative Jeff Pyle. Major was first elected in a 2021 special election and has since been re-elected to full terms. In 2023, she gained public attention for speaking out against sexual harassment in the state legislature.
