Abdul Moyeen Khan is a Bangladeshi politician, economist, and academic who serves as a member of the Jatiya Sangsad for the Narsingdi-2 constituency and as a member of the standing committee of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party. He completed his PhD at the University of Sussex and worked as a professor of physics at the University of Dhaka before entering politics. Over his legislative career, he has held several ministerial portfolios, including Minister of State for Planning, Minister of Information, and Minister of Science and Information & Communication Technology.
