Abhay Singh is an Indian politician currently serving as a member of the 18th Legislative Assembly of Uttar Pradesh, representing the Goshainganj constituency. Born in 1974 in Jaunpur, he is an agriculturalist by profession and a graduate of Lucknow University. Singh previously represented Goshainganj in the 16th Legislative Assembly. Although he was elected as a candidate for the Samajwadi Party, he was expelled from the party in June 2025 for voting against party principles during the 2024 Rajya Sabha elections, subsequently becoming an independent legislator.
