Abi Boatman

Abi Boatman is an American politician serving as a Democratic member of the Kansas House of Representatives for the 86th district since 2026. Prior to her legislative career, she served in the United States Air Force as an aircraft mechanic and C-130 crew chief from 2001 until 2011. Boatman was elected to her seat by precinct leaders in January 2026 to fill a vacancy. In the legislature, she serves on committees concerning education, agriculture, natural resources, veterans' affairs, and financial institutions.
