Abutalip Mutali is a Kazakhstani politician and public figure currently serving as a member of the Majilis of the Parliament of Kazakhstan since 2025. A graduate of Pennsylvania State University, he previously held various roles in the technology and business sectors, including positions at KazComNet and as a director at BESupply. He is a member of the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve. In late 2025, his tenure as a deputy became the subject of public controversy regarding a government tender awarded to his company, Bolashak Engineering, which was subsequently cancelled.
