Agata Wojtyszek is a Polish politician, teacher, and local government official serving as a member of the Sejm for the IX and X terms. Before entering national politics, she worked as a mathematics and computer science teacher and served as the Voivode of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship from 2015 to 2019. A member of the Law and Justice party, she previously held the position of deputy starosta of the Starachowice County. She is a graduate of the Pedagogical University in Kielce and has been active in the Solidarity trade union.
