Alan Peter Cayetano

Alan Peter Cayetano is a Filipino politician, lawyer, and former diplomat who has served as a Senator of the Philippines since 2022, having previously held the office from 2007 to 2017. Throughout his extensive political career, he has also served as the President of the Senate, Speaker of the House of Representatives, and Secretary of Foreign Affairs under the Duterte administration. A member of a prominent political family based in Taguig, he graduated with a political science degree from the University of the Philippines Diliman and earned a Juris Doctor from the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law.
