Raul Mabanglo

Raul Gorospe Mabanglo is a Filipino politician and civil engineer serving as the Governor of Davao de Oro since 2025. Before his election as governor, he served as the Barangay captain of Poblacion in Monkayo and as the president of the Davao de Oro Liga ng mga Barangay. A career government servant with over three decades of experience in civil engineering, he has focused his gubernatorial administration on improving hospital infrastructure and expanding essential services to remote communities. In 2026, he was recognized as the Honorary Governor of the Year at the Nation Builders and MOSLIV Awards.
