Alassane Seidou is a Beninese politician and physician who currently serves as the Minister of Interior and Public Security of Benin. A medical doctor by training, he previously held several ministerial portfolios, including Minister of Health, Minister of Transport, and Minister of Decentralization and Local Governance. Throughout his career, he has served as a member of the National Assembly and as the mayor of Kandi. He is a prominent figure in Beninese politics and a member of the Progressive Union party.
