Alex Baker is a British Labour politician who has served as the Member of Parliament for Aldershot since 2024. She made history as the first non-Conservative and the first woman to represent the constituency since its establishment in 1918. Before entering Parliament, she held roles in community and sustainability management at Battersea Power Station and worked as a parliamentary officer for the Co-operative Party. In the House of Commons, she serves on the Defence Select Committee and chairs the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Nepal.
