Alex Wilson

Alex Wilson is a British politician and businessman currently serving as a Member of the London Assembly for the London-wide region, having been elected in 2024. Previously a long-term member of the Conservative Party, he served as a councillor on the Redbridge London Borough Council from 2009 to 2014. Wilson defected to Reform UK in 2020, citing concerns over government policy regarding lockdowns, taxation, and border control. In addition to his political career, he is the director of Psephos Consulting, a communications firm.
