Alexander López Maya

Alexander López Maya is a Colombian lawyer and politician currently serving as the General Director of National Planning, a position he assumed in March 2024. A prominent figure in Colombian politics, he previously served as a member of the Chamber of Representatives from 2011 to 2018 and as a Senator of Colombia from 2018 to 2024. During his tenure in the Senate, he notably served as President of the Senate in 2023.
