Ana Paola Agudelo García

Ana Paola Agudelo García is a Colombian economist and politician serving as a Senator of Colombia for the MIRA Party. Born in Ibagué, she graduated in Foreign Languages and International Business at the University of Tolima and earned a Master in Social Economy at the University of Valencia. Previously, she served as a Member of the Chamber of Representatives representing Colombian expatriates from 2014 to 2018 before winning election to the Senate in 2018. Throughout her legislative career, she has focused on migration policies, improving the welfare and rights of Colombian expatriates, and facilitating prisoner repatriation treaties.
