Julián Gallo Cubillos, also known by his alias Carlos Antonio Lozada, is a Colombian politician and former guerrilla commander of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC-EP). A key figure in the peace process between the Colombian government and the FARC, he served as a plenipotentiary negotiator for the 2016 peace agreement. Following the transition to civilian politics, he became a member of the Comunes party and was elected to the Senate of the Republic of Colombia. He currently serves on the Senate's First Constitutional Commission and the Peace Commission, advocating for the implementation of the peace accords and the political integration of former combatants.
