Born on September 12, 1989, in Volintiri, Moldova, he was elected to the Romanian Parliament in 2024 as a representative of the SOS party. In January 2025, he resigned from his original party to serve as an independent deputy. Subsequently, on June 2, 2025, he officially joined the Social Democratic Party (PSD) parliamentary group.
