Alexis Haritsis is a Greek politician and Member of the Hellenic Parliament. An electrical engineer by training, he previously served as Minister of Interior and Deputy Minister of Economy and Development under the Syriza government. Originally a member of Syriza, he later helped form the New Left parliamentary group in 2023, serving as its president until 2026. He currently sits as an independent member of the Hellenic Parliament, representing the constituency of Messenia.
