Alfredo Garbin

Alfredo Abaroa Garbin Jr. is a Filipino lawyer and politician currently serving as the Mayor of Legazpi, Albay. Prior to his mayoral tenure, he represented the Ako Bicol party list in the House of Representatives of the Philippines, where he focused on regional development and the needs of the Bicol region. He assumed the mayoral office in 2024 following a successful electoral challenge.
