Ali Mahaman Lamine Zeine is a Nigerien politician and economist who has served as the Prime Minister of Niger since August 2023. Born in 1965 in Zinder, he is a graduate of the National School of Administration in Niamey and the Centre for Financial, Economic and Banking Studies in Marseille. Prior to his current role, he served as Minister of Economy and Finance under President Mamadou Tandja and held various positions as a resident representative for the African Development Bank in Chad, Côte d'Ivoire, and Gabon. He remains a key figure in the current administration.
