Alison Levitt, Baroness Levitt

Alison Levitt, Baroness Levitt, is a British barrister, life peer, and politician currently serving as the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Justice. Called to the bar in 1988, she built a distinguished legal career specializing in serious crime and served as the principal legal advisor to the director of public prosecutions from 2009 to 2014. She later served as a circuit judge before being appointed to the House of Lords in 2025.
