Kulveer Ranger

Kulveer Ranger is a British life peer and strategic adviser who has served as a member of the House of Lords since 2023. Before his appointment to the Lords, he held significant roles in London's municipal government, serving as Director for Transport, Environment, and Digital London under Mayor Boris Johnson, where he was instrumental in the implementation of the Oyster card system and the London Cycle Hire Scheme. A former management consultant and executive at Atos, Ranger has focused his career on the intersection of technology, transport policy, and digital infrastructure. He is a member of the Science and Technology Select Committee and holds leadership roles in several All-Party Parliamentary Groups.
