Alket Hyseni

Alket Hyseni is an Albanian jurist and politician who served as a Member of the Parliament of Albania from 2017 to 2021. A member of the Socialist Party, he has held several significant public sector roles, including General Director of the Financial Intelligence Unit of Albania (2016–2017) and advisor to the Prime Minister. Prior to his parliamentary career, he chaired the Task Force for State Properties and served as the Dean of the Faculty of Political and Legal Sciences at Aleksandër Moisiu University in Durrës. Hyseni is also an accomplished legal scholar and author of numerous publications on human rights and civil law. Since 2022, he has focused on his private legal practice as the founder of H&A Law Firm.
