Allen Buansi

Allen Buansi is an American politician serving as a Democratic member of the North Carolina House of Representatives for the 56th district. Before his election to the state legislature in 2022, he served on the Chapel Hill town council from 2017 to 2021. A graduate of Dartmouth College and the University of North Carolina School of Law, Buansi has focused his political career on advocacy for diverse communities, including the growing Latino population in North Carolina, ensuring they have a voice in the legislative process.
