Alma Hoxha is an Albanian politician currently serving as the Mayor of Përmet. Born in May 1972 in Këlcyrë, she pursued studies in Language and Literature at the Eqerem Çabej University in Gjirokastër. Before entering politics, she worked as a teacher and later served as a deputy director at the Meleq Gosnishti school in Përmet. Since her election as mayor in 2019 and subsequent re-election in 2023, she has focused on local tourism development, youth services, and infrastructure projects within the municipality.
