Marina Vitela Rodríguez

Alma Marina Vitela Rodríguez is a Mexican politician and nurse currently serving as a member of the Chamber of Deputies. A member of the Morena party, she has held various elected positions throughout her career, including serving as a state deputy in the Congress of Durango and as the municipal president of Gómez Palacio. She previously represented the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI) before transitioning to Morena in 2018. In 2022, she was the gubernatorial candidate for the state of Durango. Her career is marked by extensive legislative experience and a background in public health service.
