Amarjeet Gill

Amarjeet Gill is a Canadian politician serving as the Member of Parliament for Brampton West since 2025. Born in India, he moved to Canada in 1998 and established a career as a realtor before entering politics. After unsuccessful bids for the Ontario provincial legislature in 2011 and 2014, he achieved a significant federal victory in 2025 by defeating incumbent cabinet minister Kamal Khera. Gill is noted for being the first Conservative to represent the Brampton area since 2011.
