Amy Neighbors is an American politician serving as a member of the Kentucky House of Representatives since January 2023. Representing the 21st House district, which encompasses Adair, Cumberland, Metcalfe, and Monroe Counties, she holds the distinction of being the first woman to represent Metcalfe County in the state House. Before entering politics, she worked as a nursing home administrator. Neighbors earned a Bachelor of Science in health care administration from Western Kentucky University in 1999 and has focused her legislative career on serving the interests of her rural Kentucky constituents.
