William Lawrence

William Lee Lawrence is an American politician and businessman currently serving as a Republican member of the Kentucky House of Representatives, representing the 70th district which includes Bracken, Harrison, Mason, and Robertson counties. First elected in 2020, he has focused on his legislative duties while maintaining his career as the operator of Lawrence Development and Rental Properties. Lawrence is a graduate of Maysville Community and Technical College and is active in local civic organizations such as the Lions Club and Kiwanis International. He has announced that he will not seek reelection to the House in 2026, opting instead to run for a position on the Mason County Fiscal Court.
