Amyas Morse, Baron Morse

Amyas Morse, Baron Morse, is a British politician and life peer who has served as a member of the House of Lords since 2021. Before entering the legislature, he had a distinguished career in accounting and public audit, notably serving as the Comptroller and Auditor General of the National Audit Office from 2009 to 2019. Previously, he held senior leadership roles at Coopers and Lybrand and PricewaterhouseCoopers. He was appointed a Knight Commander of the Order of the Bath in 2014 for his contributions to public sector audit.
